These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, courses, workshops, recordings, downloadable resources, meditations, masterclasses, PDFs, and self-study materials purchased through www.lornamacphail.com ("Site").

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or participating in any digital product ("Product"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

All intellectual property remains the property of Lorna MacPhail and Katherine Crawley unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

8. Payments

Prices are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before access is granted unless otherwise stated.

9. Refunds & Cooling-Off Rights

  • digital products are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law
  • by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content
  • you acknowledge this waives your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

10. Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for internet failures, device incompatibility, platform outages, software failures, or technical disruptions outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorna MacPhail and Katherine Crawley shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, business loss, personal decisions made following participation, health outcomes, emotional distress, or reliance on Product content. 17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
